Tantric Bodywork

Each session is a unique combination of dialigue, breathwork, relaxing bodywork, and education on how to tune into the subtle energy and intuition of your body. If you bring a question about your life, we use the practices to tune into an answer. If you just want to relax and learn ways of transmuting sexual energy into vitality, I am your guide. I do not disrobe and I do not give sexual touch, but if you get turned on, I teach you simple practices to circulate this energy around your body, which can lead to deeper levels of satisfaction than if you just release this energy.
I believe that what makes sensuality-and anything else- sacred is that we feel connected to something bigger than ourselves. Spiritual Tantra Teachings can open us to our divinity. Powerful techniques can help us clear physical and emotional blocks, enhance vitality, creativity, and assist in manifesting our desires in the rest of our lives. Double Goddess

This session can include 4 handed Tantric bodywork, and/or demonstration on how to give a woman a Tantric massage. (demonstration only) Also, one of us can lead you and the other one through powerful Tantric Connection Practices that you can take home to enhance your relationships! I work with my dear friend Christina. We've been friends for years and have built up a sweet and loving rapport, into which we invite you.
Intimacy Coaching
$300/90 min, $400/2 hrs
The above sessions are focused on connecting with your body and your intuition, in the here and now. In sensual coaching, the focus is less on relaxing bodywork, and more on empowering you with skills and teachings to help you connect better with a partner. It is experiencial coaching, where we play fun games and connect the same way we do in the above session; but we spend more time talking in the beginning about what you want to learn, and how it applies to your life. The session is roughly half dialogue and half experiential learning. It can include giving and receiving touch in an educational framework. The touch may be sensual, but not overtly sexual. The possibilities are endless, including:
- Learn how to transmute and cultivate sexual energy to increase vitality, overcome performance challenges, and redirect creative energy toward living a life you love.
- Learning Tantra as a spiritual practice, integrated with coaching on how to make the teachings practical.
- Using our session experience as a microcosm: whatever unconscious habits and patterns occur in the session, also occur in your life. We can transform how you relate to desire, rejection, pleasure, fulfillment, giving, and receiving in the rest of your life.
- Learn practices specifically designed for couples that you can take back to your partner(s), to increase intimacy and connection in your relationships
Usually it requires several sessions to have lasting results, and there is a discount for multiple coaching sessions.
