Iris Lila - Bodyworker, Tantra & Yoga Teacher and Life Coach

Ongoing Coaching

Individual sessions can satisfy curiosity and release stress, and it takes more time to resolve deeper issues. Since our culture is so confused about sensuality, it can be challenging to integrate this awareness into your own life in a lasting way. This becomes easier with ongoing support.

  • Do you struggle finding time to slow down and listen to your body; do you feel run down and put your needs last?
  • Is there less intimacy and closeness than there used to be? Or is your sensual life just not what it used to be?
  • Do you find it hard to identify and communicate what you want, in a way your partner responds to?
  • Have you acheived success in one area of your life to at the expense of the other areas?

I am not a therapist; I'm a coach. Whereas a therapist usually focuses on "fixing" something that is wrong, a coach helps improve your game, when things are ok but could be better. I have worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve fulfillment beyond their wildest dreams, not just in the bounds of our session, but in their life at large.

I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Tantric Bodyworker and Teacher, and Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Life Coach, and am a respected leader in my field who has presented at national conferences.

I can guide you toward your deepest desires, and help unblock what stands between you and your ideal relationship with yourself and others. I don't sugar coat things, and I can come off as being not "nice." I've heard that the truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off. My clients tend to be people who want non-judgemental, yet uncensored feedback.

I don't claim to have the answers. I can help you see areas that you're judging about yourself, or parts of yourself from which you feel cut off, and shed light on them. Whatever parts you judge, prevent you from feeling a sense of wholeness. And since the whole is greater than sum of parts, you may feel lost or cut off from the answers. The parts of us that we judge are usually deep gifts though they might be uncomfortable. I like the analogy that if you turn the lights on in an attic that hasn't been opened in10 yrs, you're going to find layers of dust, cobwebs and little critters that scurry away, and cleaning that stuff up does take work, but once you clean it up, then the room looks better in light then it did before, and you realize that there is nothing wrong with the room.

Sure we might visit things from childhood, but not from a therapeutic concept of analyzing it. I believe that every part of us wants something good, though it might be using a strategy that doesn't work to get it. By illuminating the whole issue, we can get all parts of us working for same team, instead of fighting with each other. Which do you think is more effective?

In a coaching session, we engage in dialogue, experiential games and practices, body awareness, and breathwork to create shifts in awareness and behavior. Some of the results may be:

  • Know your body, your desires and how to communicate them with your partner in a loving way.
  • Learn Taoist and Tantric Practices to access more creativity and vitality
  • Learn how to PLEASURABLY have a healthy relationship to food, exercise, and stress.
  • Learn creative ways to get what you and your partner want without feeling like you have to compromise.
  • If you are single, BECOME the person who would attract your ideal partner.

I have different packages for ongoing support. A consultation costs $100, where we discuss your desires and see if we're a good match. You come away with skills that you can use immediately to reduce stress and move towards your desires.
